It all started back in our senior year of high school, which is hard to believe is now almost 10 years behind us. Even though our paths never really crossed prior, it was an introduction that was made by no one better than a …finger puppet. Yes, that was not a typo, or a wrong copy and paste in that sentence. It was senior year, US Government class when Cole recalls sitting in class ( most likely towards the back)  next to this girl that suddenly caught his attention. Even though it was he says that it was her adorable looks that first caught his attention, it was a strange habit of a finger puppet that she was using to get his attention that somehow kept him intrigued. Really she was just trying to make him laugh. Little did he know that he would still be intrigued by her almost 10 years later. After a couple weeks of class passing, Cole and Courtney decided to go on a date which included two of what would later be known as a couple of their favorite things. They went off roading, combining Coles love of cars and driving, along with Courtneys love for the outdoors and nature. This offroading adventure included an abundance of  laughter and adventure, leading to the discussion of a second date. ( or the hopes of a second date in Coles mind).  This is where Courtney likes to joke that it was a sink or swim moment. After just one date, Cole decided to introduce her to his family. In his mind, Cole figured that if she made it through that, then she may be around for a awhile. Needless to say, they both made it through that night, and now both families are about to become one. After that first introduction in class, Cole and Courtney have continued to grow in a relationship based on love, laughter and the thrill of always looking forward to the next adventure life has in store. They have both grown in multiple ways over the years, but best of all they have grown together for the better. They have discovered multiple passions together, some of which each brought to the table separately and some of which were newly discovered as a couple. They continue to share their passion for new adventures, animals and taking advantage of any unique fun moment that life has to offer and they can’t wait for the life of adventures they will build together.
